			<content:encoded><![CDATA[SEA CORP, on its first try, came in second on the list of 15 finalists for the Providence Business News &quot;Best Places to Work in RI&quot; evaluation.&nbsp; 
SEA CORP decided to apply for the evaluaiton because it would provide the Company a look at how&nbsp;its practices and program compared to other companies in RI and to get an independent appraisal of how it&nbsp;was percieved by its employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;250 employees we sent questionnaires.&nbsp; The reply rate was over 90&nbsp; percent.
The final ranking was not announced until the Best Places to Work in&nbsp;RI banquet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI on June 9, 2011 where 20 SEA CORP employees were on hand.
Company President, Larry Willner, accepted the award on behalf of the Company.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<span style="COLOR: black">SEA CORP won a $3.5 Million contract to support the Missiles/Precision Strike Division, Systems Engineering Branch of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport in the design, development, acquisition and operational readiness of test vehicles associated with submarine and surface-launched missile systems.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>SEA CORP will perform engineering services in the planning, execution, and evaluation of TOMAHAWK missile flight tests. The work includes providing technical and data analysis support for the flight test program and preparing updates and launch platform inputs to missile flight test plans and reports, providing engineering services in the design, development, maintenance, and testing of equipment utilized to collect and process missile/submarine weapon system data.</span>

These Phase I Awards are for contracts of up to $150,000 in Phase I and up to $750,000 in Phase II.&nbsp; The SBIR Program is an important part of SEA CORP’s business model that provides us additional funding and more streamlined contracting rules that allow for significantly large Phase III follow-on contracts with minimal competition. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span>SEA CORP has a “Commercialization Rating” of 95 out of 100 when compared to our SBIR competitors.&nbsp;</span><span style="COLOR: #1f497d; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">&nbsp;</span>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: &quot;Calibri&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">SEA CORP's Groton facility is expanding&nbsp;its&nbsp;office, conference and warehouse space to more than double the existing area (from 6500 sqf to 14,500 sqf).&nbsp; The additional office space (3500 sqf more) will alleviate&nbsp;an already&nbsp;crowded office&nbsp;in Groton facility, that was caued by new business growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; The new office space will also allow for office working space for&nbsp;employees from the&nbsp;Newport office who desire to be in closer proximity to Electric Boat or the Groton Sub Base.&nbsp; The facility, which will now occupy parts of two buildings at 120A and 115B Leonard Drive in Groton in the Groton Airport Business Park, features over 650 sqf of classified conference space split between the two buildings.&nbsp; The additional 4000 sqf of warehouse space will be used for growing Groton projects and will also be made available to other SEA CORP business areas or rented to customers requiring staging of installation or test materials in closer proximity to either Electric Boat or the Groton Sub Base.&nbsp; </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">SEA CORP has received notice of an award for a project to develop Ultra Wide Bandwidth High Dynamic Range Digital Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Receivers for the Submarine Force under the Navy’s Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Program.</span>
<span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">This Phase I award is a $100,000 concept development project that can lead to a million dollar prototype development phase and subsequent product commercialization.</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The technology needed by the Navy will develop a total engineering solution to provide for a 100% probability of intercept of threat electromagnetic signals in today’s dense and complex environment without causing ambiguous of erroneous reports.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The technology involves the detection and analysis of threat signals with widely varying parameters.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>The Navy is also looking for a technical solution that reduces the cost of the currently employed system by 20 percent.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span></span>
<span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes"></span></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The SBIR Program has been a very important element in SEA CORP’s business development strategy.&nbsp; SEA CORP has won a number of SBIRs and has two SBIRs that have been selected as Navy SBIR Success Stories.&nbsp; SEA CORP’s SBIR contracts have provided nearly $40 Million in contract funding to the company.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>
