Job Title: Accounting System Analyst

Status: Full-Time on-site / 40hrs week

Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor cash accounts, process and post accounts receivables. Perform miscellaneous reconciliations, review, confirm and post bi-weekly revenue.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a minimum 5 years of accounting experience, Self motivated person able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

We are seeking creative people to help spearhead the advance into new markets:

Programmers with Computer Science degrees and embedded systems experience. Should be proficient in object-oriented design, object-oriented programming, C/C++ languages, and real-time development systems. Problem-solving and people skills are top priorities.

Electrical and Computer Engineers with system design and T&E experience. Creative individual will be encouraged to develop or adapt hardware/software systems and interfaces for new applications. Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion are essential.

Interns who are currently pursuing computer science, electrical engineering, accounting or marketing degrees. Engineers and programmers needed to assist in developing/testing/documenting state-of-the-art U.S. Navy technology. Programming/database development assistance desired for embedded system and commercial information system projects. Marketing assistance needed in developing Web site information for commercial sales of products developed in-house and for designing and writing associated marketing materials. Accounting experience desired for monitoring of projects' expenditures and sales. Undergraduate courses in applicable programs (electrical engineering, computer science, marketing/communications, and accounting) are required. Related on-the-job experience a plus. Training and compensation will be provided.
