Program Assistant 

Location: Middletown

Part-Time on-site / 20 hrs week 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Assistant duties will include but not be limited to, delivery control letters, meeting minutes (including meeting attendance), task reports, ensure that contract deliverables are met and are updated per contractual requirements, process CDRL deliverables, coordinate technical highlight weekly and monthly reports and perform reviews for accuracy and overall document cohesiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree. Familiarity with MS Office product suite, with an above average experience of MS Word and MS Excel. The candidate should be self motivated and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. He/She should be highly organized with an acute attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must also have the ability to obtain a DOD secret clearance.
