Financial management actions for various programs including overall financial planning; expenditure tracking; financial and technical status reporting; presentation preparation; task process management; preparation of document transmittals; process CDRL deliverables; and generate service, material, bankcard, and outgoing funding requisitions. Participate in contract management functions including contract analysis, requisition tracking, and coordination and processing of Task Instruction documentation with direct interface responsibility with government and subcontractor personnel.
Experience with the following NUWC financial tools preferred: TEAM, SOS, ATS, and ILSMIS. Advanced Microsoft Office and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
