
The FY 2010-3 Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract awards have issued and SEA CORP has come up with a couple significant wins. These Phase I Awards are for contracts of up to $150,000 in Phase I and up to $750,000 in Phase II. The SBIR Program is an important part of SEA CORP’s business model that provides us additional funding and more streamlined contracting rules that allow for significantly large Phase III follow-on contracts with minimal competition. SEA CORP has a “Commercialization Rating” of 95 out of 100 when compared to our SBIR competitors.

This effort will develop an innovative adaptive fusion network that incorporates available knowledge in a given RF data collection scenario in order to provide the most accurate threat assessment possible. SEA CORP’s efforts include the services of Teolis Consulting.
This award was for SEA CORP as a subcontractor to Defense Technology Inc. This technology will enable submarines to better control multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to increase effectiveness in the areas of Over-The-Horizon data gathering, support to Special Operations Forces and provide for extended Command and Control Capability.
