Introduction

SEA CORP has been providing high quality administrative logistics planning and development support to the Navy for a quarter century. Our personnel have been heavily involved with program documentation development, data library and website maintenance, program database development, presentation and meeting/event support. Underpinning our ability to provide high quality services is SEA CORP registration and certification to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

In the evolving nature of the Navy, SEA CORP’s personnel support an ever-changing environment and proposes and adapts ideas for improving and flexing with the organizations they support. SEA CORP has enjoyed steady, planned growth for the last quarter century and is no stranger to change. While becoming the largest service provider to the Newport Naval Undersea Warfare Center, SEA CORP has enjoyed a very high personnel retention rate due in large part by allowing our people to grow with the supported organization. Program Documentation Development

SEA CORP can research, collect, and compile Department/Program/Project Data provided as customer-furnished information and organize, edit, format/update, and create Technical Memoranda, Reports, and Documents. SEA CORP has significant experience with Government programs and is aware of the need for various programs and projects to maintain specific program documentation. We also understand that programs and projects may have unique documentation and database recording requirements.

The SEA CORP Teams have performed substantial work on the AN/BSY-2, Tomahawk and combat systems trainer programs that involved extensive editing and maintenance of program documentation. The SEA CORP Team has also supported the NUWC Test and Evaluation Branch and the Program Management Branch in the development, analysis, edition, production, and presentation of Business, Five Year, and Strategic plans. We have also been extensively involved in documentation processes, planning and performance systems, organizing and analyzing external planning information in support of the AN/BSY-2 Program Office and the Test and Evaluation Branch in its Certification and Technical Evaluation of the CCS Mk1, CCS Mk2, AN/BSY-1, AN/BSY-2 Trident, and Tomahawk Weapons Certification Team.

The SEA CORP Team leverages its depth of knowledge to mentor all personnel in program documentation development. Personnel who are assigned to documentation development tasks are fully briefed on the particular program methodology, goals, and objectives. In addition, they are chosen based on their skills in this process to ensure that all technical documentation is presented in accordance with accepted standards to allow for prompt and accurate logging of data into proper databases in accordance with individual program requirements.

Depending on the program or project involved, the SEA CORP Team specialists researches various databases, program files and email records, or contacts personnel in order to collect and compile the information required. Information may include assembling data relating to acquisition program documentation, program comment resolution, program progress reports, Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), program/project forecasting, and department/program logistics recommendations. The process may include editing the research and formatting and/or designing it into a Professional Journal Article, Symposium Paper, Conference Paper, Special Purpose Publication, and/or formal/informal reports. If applicable, the process will include printing and distributing the finished product.

Data Library and Website Maintenance

The SEA CORP Team maintains government-furnished program data libraries consisting of both a hard copy and electronic media. We also maintain the electronic server files containing program data and maintain numerous project websites in accordance with program requirements. We maintain these diverse libraries and websites by acquiring information from multiple sources. The SEA CORP Team is proactive in acquiring the necessary information to maintain database integrity. We appreciate the necessity of current and accurate information as well as the fact that the integrity of this data plays a significant role in managing programs. The SEA CORP Team also understands that some programs are unique and necessitate the maintenance of multiple websites, notebooks, and libraries. We realize that paper and electronic media storage requirements are necessary based on program-specific sponsor requirements. Our personnel gained extensive data library experience under our current support contracts. These same dedicated personnel use their data library experience and technique to ensure any organization we support is provided with the same knowledgeable, reliable, and accurate library support.

Program Database Development

The SEA CORP Team develops database systems to track programmatic information. Search files and report generation are standard capabilities and are included with all database systems we develop. Our database experts are trained in database maintenance and have the experience required to recommend database improvements, to analyze trends, to rectify inconsistencies, and to produce accurate, concise, and useful weekly and/or as requested reports. SEA CORP Team personnel have designed, developed, implemented, and maintained Information Technology (IT) systems under virtually all of its prime service contracts.

In support of the Mk1/2, AN/BSY-1/2, NSSN and Trident Programs, SEA CORP has developed, reviewed, maintained, and published systems documentation. This documentation may depict program statuses and as such, are delivered in accordance with Program/Department Schedules. This information is loaded onto GFE and remains on GFE with GFI resident software. The SEA CORP Team is extremely attentive and respectful with the handling of proprietary information and has an unsurpassed record of maintaining program sensitive information.

Presentation Support

The SEA CORP Team develops presentation material such as slides, transparencies, paper copies, technical drawings, posters, on-line briefs, video, or multimedia presentations and updates existing slides with current data. This presentation material is developed in accordance with current standards (such as the NUWCDIVNPT Publications & Presentations Guide TD #10,684, NUWCDIVNPT Documentation Guide TD #7,333, and NUWC Publications and Presentations Guide 5200.4E, all provided as GFI.)

The SEA CORP Team has extensive experience preparing and maintaining presentation material on multiple programs such as Weapons Certification Teams, the Virginia, SSN688I and Trident Class Submarines, Combat Control Systems (CCS Mk1/2, AN/BSY-1, AN/BSY-2 and BYG-1), Advanced Sonars, and Weapons.

The personnel are mentored to ensure that the presentation products are prepared accurately and on time using their refined skills and time-developed techniques. Presentation material is maintained in an approved view graph/slide library.

Meeting and Event Support

The SEA CORP Team schedules project reviews, briefings, and meetings to support program milestones. We also attend project/program reviews, briefings, conferences, meetings and off-sites and maintain, transcribe and provide briefing reports and meeting minutes for review and distribution.

SEA CORP is frequently called on to plan, execute and support meetings and presentations, as well as to document and aid in the execution of the outcome of these meetings on such programs as Weapons Certification Teams, the Virginia, SSN688I and Trident Class Submarines, Combat Control Systems (CCS Mk1/2, AN/BSY-1, AN/BSY-2 and BYG-1), Advanced Sonars, and Weapons.

Program reviews, Integrated Product Team and informal working meetings, both internal and with outside sponsors, are a routine matter for the company’s experienced team of administrative and support personnel. The SEA CORP Team has been providing meeting and event support for over a quarter century and is attentive to customer needs and program schedules used to ensure the meeting room has been scheduled for the proper date(s), times(s) and for the appropriate number of attendees, and that meeting material and /or equipment is available. We have developed reliable methods to ensure that all meetings are run smoothly. The SEA CORP Team has many years of proven experience to ensure that meeting requirements are met, beginning with the scheduling of the room(s) to the distribution of concise and accurate meeting minutes.
