Program Management Services

SEA CORP has been providing high quality administrative logistics planning and development support to the Navy for a quarter century. Our personnel have been heavily involved with program documentation development, data library and website maintenance, program database development, presentation and meeting/event support. Underpinning our ability to provide high quality services is SEA CORP registration and certification to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

In the evolving nature of the Navy, SEA CORP’s personnel support an ever-changing environment and proposes and adapts ideas for improving and flexing with the organizations they support. SEA CORP has enjoyed steady, planned growth for the last quarter century and is no stranger to change. While becoming the largest service provider to the Newport Naval Undersea Warfare Center, SEA CORP has enjoyed a very high personnel retention rate due in large part by allowing our people to grow with the supported organization. Our strength lies in our highly professional personnel and their ability to exceed customer expectations.

The SEA CORP Team is resolute with accepting change in order to provide superior management and logistics support and to provide the best value while working to meet the objectives of organizations trying to gain efficiency (such as meeting ‘Lean’ initiatives).

Keys to SEA CORP’s success are:

  • Providing an effective, but not intrusive, leadership structure among administrative support teams.
  • Providing a key primary point of contact for communicating, scheduling, assigning and motivating personnel who are empowered to make decisions.
  • Assigning administrative experts to key support areas.
  • Mentoring and training new, motivated and enthusiastic personnel in the correct techniques while fostering an Administrative Team concept.
  • Improved use of funding resources that provides quality service by utilizing an effective mix of experience and new talent, thereby lowering the overall cost.
  • Avoiding job stagnation and rate creep.
