Recipients of Naval Submarine C4I Innovation Achievement Award

On 18 October 2016, twelve SEA CORP employees were honored by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Southern New England (SNE) Chapter as recipients of awards for “Naval Submarine C4I Innovation Achievement.” This award was for work performed by these individuals on the AN/BLQ-10(B) Next Generation Architecture (NGA) ongoing design and integration efforts.

Among the recipients included Bill Goneau, John Murphy, Matthew Konrad, Andy Koshar, Samuel Tannatt, Mel Cranmer, Craig Blanchard, Chris Abatecola, Patrick Harrington, Mario Daniele, Brett Hunter, and Dave Owens.

Executive Vice President David Lussier commented, “This is a significant project for SEA CORP and an important technology leap for the Navy submarine force. We are proud to be part of the NUWC team developing the NGA and especially proud of individuals being recognized by the Navy in such a way.”

Each recipient received an award certificate and SEA CORP as an organization received a plaque that is displayed in our hallways. Personnel from other companies were also recognized, including individuals that support SEA CORP via subcontracting, which were Rite Solutions, SAIC, and TRH.
