SEACORP has been providing high quality administrative logistics planning and development support to the Navy for over a quarter century. Our customer service focus has been the key to our success, as we work closely with each of our customers to understand their program needs. In doing so, we provide programmatic and administrative support including schedule development, presentation preparation, and meeting minute/action item documentation.

Additionally, SEACORP provides financial support to aid customers in allocating funding to the appropriate sources, developing task books and cost projections, and tracking expenditures to perform variance analysis.
