HEALTHCARE INSURANCE

All of our Healthcare Insurance plans offer coverage for you, your Spouse or Domestic Partner as well as your dependent children up to the age of 26.

Your choice of two Medical Insurance plans:

  • A traditional PPO, or

  • An HSA-eligible plan

Both of our Medical Insurance plans utilize a national network of providers, offer preventative care coverage at 100%, and provide a complete pharmacy benefit among other coverage.

A generous Dental Insurance Plan which offers coverage for checkups and cleanings, x-rays, fillings, orthodontia, and more.

An excellent Vision Benefit providing discounts and allowances for prescription glasses and contact lenses.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) designed to help individuals save for medical and retiree health expenses on a tax-advantaged basis.

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to save on eligible healthcare expenses by using pre-tax dollars.

SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS

In addition to the healthcare package, SEACORP offers several Supplemental Benefits which allow you to tailor your total benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family.

Dependent Care FSA to pay for items such as day care/nanny fees, day camp, and eldercare expenses when certain conditions are met.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is available for yourself, your Spouse or Domestic Partner, and your Dependent Children.

401(k) Retirement savings accounts

Supporting our employees continues on into retirement through the generous matching contributions we make to employee's 401(k) Retirement Savings Accounts.

SEACORP's 401(k) Plan allows for rollover contributions, loans to be taken from your vested balance, and after-tax (Roth) contributions, all within IRS limitations and guidelines.

We also make sure to provide a variety of investment options so that each employee can customize their portfolio according to their own investment style. In case you want help or advice on your investments, we also offer free investment advising from a well-respected financial advising firm to help you make important decisions about managing your retirement account.

Often, the extra benefits that can really make-or-break an employment relationship are overlooked in the turmoil of a job search. We at SEACORP understand the importance of these "extras" and go out of our way to ensure that we keep our dedicated workforce happy and engaged.

To help you navigate your benefits package, SEACORP provides an independent healthcare advocacy team who can help you with selecting your benefits, using your benefits, and filing or disputing claims if needed. 

Available to all employees are a handful of additional benefits through Cigna including an Employee Assistance Program, Secure Travel Program, Will Preparation Assistance, Healthy Rewards Discount Program, and Identity Theft Assistance.

SEACORP provides 10 Paid Holidays and a generous Paid Time Off policy to ensure that you are able to take time away from work for the things that are most important in your life.

Advancing the careers of our employees is a goal that we take seriously at SEACORP.  To achieve this goal, we offer a Tuition Reimbursement program. We also provide training opportunities on a regular basis to help our employees keep their skills current and relevant.
